Plaza Research Houston is conducting a Chronic Illness and Caregivers study among experienced patients/caregivers ages 25 and up. The discussion takes place on Thursday, July 25th, 2019, time varies throughout the day and evening. If you qualify, and are chosen to participate, you will receive $150 for 2 hours and 15 minutes of your time. **Proof may be required in order to participate if chosen** If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify!
