Description
SIS International Research is looking for people to participate in a product test for a new teeth whitening and breath freshening maintenance product starting at the end of October and ending 1 month later. Participants who are selected to participate would need to be available to: Pick up the product, take baseline photos, sign photo release and affidavit forms, use product, and complete a survey between 3:00pm – 8:00pm in-person on a day at the end of October. Use the product twice daily for 20 consecutive days during the test period, record use and reaction in daily log. Complete online survey after 10 days of use. Return to the same location between 3:00pm – 8:00pm in mid-November with the completed daily log to provide product feedback, take after photos and complete a survey. We are providing an incentive of $150 for those who are selected and who complete the study. We would first like to see if you are a match for this study.
