A. The Platinum Panel is a community of valued individuals in the Louisville Metro and surrounding areas. Our valued panelists share their opinions and participate in paid research projects that help shape the products and services we all use every day. Research projects vary in pay from $50 - $200.

A. To become a panel member, please visit our website at www.platinumpanel.com and fill out the brief questionnaire. The information you provide is confidential and helps us choose surveys that will best fit your interests and lifestyle.

1. Influence – your thoughts and opinions make a difference in the decisions that create and improve the products and services around our community.
2. Cash - We pay you to participate in research projects when you qualify!
3. FREE membership – it never costs you anything to be a member of the Platinum Panel.
4. Giveaways – we offer chances to win various incentives (like cash and tickets to sporting events and concerts) in our drawings and giveaways for answering surveys, referring your friends, and just to thank our prized Platinum Panelists for their dedication! A. Our panelists receive various opportunities to participate in research projects via e-mails with information regarding the research topic, date(s), time, location, and how much the project pays each participant.

A. You will earn anywhere from $50 to $200 when you are chosen to participate in a research project. The amounts vary by project, of course. Although there is no guarantee that you will be chosen to participate in paid research projects, we are continually searching for new, exciting incentives to make the process fun and enjoyable whether our panelists participate or not. It’s important to enjoy the process as much as the result.

What we can promise: Your opinion will ALWAYS matter, you WILL have chances to win various drawings and giveaways, and we DO value each and every one of our panelists.

A. To refer a friend or family member, you will need your unique Platinum Panel ID which can be found in e-mails from the panel director, or you can e-mail the panel director directly at paneldirector@platinumpanel.com.

*Remember: A referral drawing is held each month in addition to the special referral program opportunities throughout the year. Every NEW Platinum Panelist who signs up with your panel ID gives you another chance in the drawing(s). In other words, the more people you sign up, the more chances you have to win!

A. To change your e-mail address, please send an e-mail to paneldirector@platinumpanel.com with your OLD and NEW e-mail addresses. We will be happy to take care of that for you.

A. To update your panelist information in our system, please visit www.platinumpanel.com and select the “I’m already a panelist – I’m just updating my information” option before filling out the brief questionnaire. Thanks in advance for your help!

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate and a resident of Louisville, KY or reside in the surrounding area.

Platinum Panel Employees and their family members, respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and other agents and the immediate family member of any of the aforementioned are not eligible.

By participating in our contest, entrants agree to abide by all contest rules and regulations.

Prizes and Odds:

Platinum Panelists may enter all contests, but may not win more than one (1) prize every six (6) months. (Some exclusions may apply – please see specific details to each promotion.)

Entry is required via: Facebook, Twitter or online at. www.platinumpanel.com. In order to claim a prize, Facebook, Twitter, Online or at the Platinum Panel offices located at 100 Mallard Creek, Suite 200, Louisville, Ky 40207 entrant must be able to present their panel id. Winners will be notified via email, phone or social media the day after the contest deadline. Return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non assignable and nontransferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.

In the event the contest is compromised by a virus, non authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the sponsor, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security fairness or proper operation of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on entries received before the termination date.

Prize values differ for each contest and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Limitations of Liability:

By entering the contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any from of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will be entrant be permitted to obtain any award for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Construction:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Kentucky. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
