A local research facility is seeking participants for a clinical research study on major depressive disorder. This research study is being done to assess the safety and effectiveness of an investigational study drug or placebo (when taken alongside an approved antidepressant medication) in possibly treating participants with depression who have been unsuccessful in finding an anti-depressant treatment to sufficiently help.
The research study will include up to 14 visits at a study center in your location over the 14-week study treatment period.
You do not need to have health insurance to participate in this research study, as all antidepressant medications, study drug, study-related tests, and assessments will be provided at no cost. Participants who qualify may be compensated for time and study-related travel.
Space is limited, subject to availability. Criteria for qualification are subject to change at any time and without notice.
