Description
Help us understand customer needs and help build a better streaming service experience. Your participation will help improve a major streaming service's experience. This study will take place on March 5th, 2025, in our research lab in Manhattan near Union Square and will last 90 minutes. During the session, you will speak with a researcher about your viewing experiences and behaviors and provide feedback on prototypes. These will be group sessions, where you will be giving feedback in a group setting (2-3 people per group). Sessions will be recorded for research purposes and shared with project team members.
