Description
We are seeking Florida residents to participate in a remote survey about their healthcare experiences. This study explores the emotional aspects of healthcare, focusing on when care feels impersonal versus genuinely personal and human. The goal is to understand what “taking it personally” means to patients and caregivers and to help healthcare companies improve communication, trust, and connection. The survey will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. Participants will receive $100 as a thank you for their time and insights.
