Vitamin Enriched Casting, Inc. is looking for manga fans of all ages for documentary videos for a major Japanese manga publisher, and we're looking for the most interesting and unexpected manga fans out there! Maybe you create your cosplay at conventions or have an impressive collection of manga; maybe you're a manga parent or grandparent and have become obsessed with the latest volumes of your favorite manga; maybe you love manga so much that you have tattoos of characters; or maybe your house is covered with posters and merch. We are looking for extraordinary and ordinary manga fans, and maybe that's you. If so, we'd love to hear from you! If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify! If selected, audition dates will be from May 15th–17th or 20th–22nd, via Zoom (interviews take about 20 minutes and are not paid). Shoot dates for those who are selected are at some point in early June (1st–14th, likely one day of shooting). This is a documentary-style shoot, meaning we want to spend a day-in-the-life with you, so it would take place in your environment (your home, a manga hangout, etc., any place that shows your love of manga and is within reason). All paid and unpaid digital media for a two-year term. Compensation details for those selected: shoot day: $750 ($500 shoot day + $250 use of space); usage: $1,000 if cut into the final video.
