CLOSED - Focus Group on E-commerce $100

Description

Plaza Research Houston is conducting a study with individuals and E-Commerce websites. The discussion takes place during the month of February, ONLINE. If you qualify, and are chosen to participate, you will receive $100 for 1 hour of your time. You DO NOT need a webcam to participate, but will definitely need to HAVE a computer (desktop or laptop). We will be asking you to share your screen so we can see you work through the tasks on your e-Commerce Seller account. Additionally, we will need to confirm that you have an order purchased on your account in the past 90 days. During the study we will ask you to interact with an order placed within the last 90 days and walk through the process of refunding an item on your Seller account. You will NOT actually complete the refund or take any action on the item, rather you will walk us through the process without finalizing the action. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify. If you look like a match, we will contact you by telephone. Due to the large response to our surveys, we are only able to contact those that look like a match. Please continue to answer future studies, as you may be a match to those.
