Quantum Market Research is conducting a focus group coming up early in the week of Sept. 16. We are seeking registered voters who live in the East Bay. People who qualify and participate in the two-hour-long session will receive $125. Thank you for completing this pre-qualifying survey. We will begin calling people on September 9.
