Q-Insights is conducting an upcoming survey for FEMALES to test a feminine care product. If you qualify, you will be mailed the product between September 17th-October 8th. You will be notified of your qualification via email. You will receive $30 for using the product and for completing an after-use questionnaire, which will take 15-20 minutes. Please note this survey is open to those located in the 48 contiguous United States (residents of Alaska and Hawaii and Canada are excluded). The program will ask you to enter a 10 digit ID number at the beginning of the survey, please enter your 10 digit phone number.
