Vitamin Enriched Casting is looking for a parent with mild to moderate hearing loss (HOH) (or single people without children who are HOH) who has a passion for capturing life’s precious moments with his/her family. We’re seeking a parent who has mild to moderate hearing loss, has at least one child (8 – 16 years old), lives with his/her family, and enjoys documenting family moments through videos. We are looking for someone who is comfortable sharing his/her documented moments and experiences as a mild to moderate HOH parent. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! We are also open to hearing from people without children who are diagnosed with mild to moderate hearing loss. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify! If selected, interview dates will be one day either Sept. 19th, 20, or 23 via Zoom (We would want to audition your whole family together in the same room). The family selected for the opportunity will need to shoot 2-3 days within the week of Oct. 14th (will include an additional two days of travel). You and your family will be needed in person in Los Angeles on set. If you are not local to Los Angeles, the client will travel with you and your family there. Your flights, hotel, transportation, and per diems would all be covered by the client. If selected, the shoot day pays a minimum of approximately $780 for the day per person per shoot day, (with the possibility of residual payments, if you are cut into the final spot). You do not need to be an actor or a member of SAG to apply. You will be asked to sign an NDA for this project. You will be asked for proof of diagnosis.
