Seeking Smart TV Buyers’ OS Preferences! To identify the importance of operating systems (OS) when purchasing a smart TV and understand user perceptions of smart TV brands and their OS. The study aims to pinpoint customer experiences and opinions that drive their purchasing decisions and how they might differentiate among smart TV competitors and/or highlight the unique value of webOS in the eyes of the consumer.
