Plaza Research Denver is conducting a Diabetes study with Children and Parents/Guardians ages 7-21 years old. The ONE-ON-ONE interview takes place the week of September 16th, 2019, time varies throughout the day and evening. Depending on how you qualify, and are chosen to participate, you will receive $350 for 4 hours of your time for a one day session or $1,100 for a 3 day session for 4 hours each day (12 hours total). **Proof may be required in order to participate if chosen** If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify! If you look like a match, we will contact you by telephone. **Due to the large response to our surveys, we are only able to contact those that look like a match.
